Application fee refunded when application is approved, deposit is paid and lease is signed.

Two bedroom, two bathroom $1,200
Three bedroom, two bathroom $1,300

Application fee is $50 per adult

Monthly household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent

Applicant will need a 600 credit score or higher

We will do a background check. Any evictions or landlord claims may disqualify applicant

If approved a deposit of 1-month rent is due immediately. First months rent is due at move-in
